Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- A completed BCom degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
- A CA(SA) or CFA qualification is highly desirable.
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience in private equity, investment management, or financial services.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, due diligence, and portfolio analysis.
Skills:
- Exceptional strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
