Key Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited to):

Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Provide strategic financial leadership
Manage risk, compliance, and corporate governance to ensure financial integrity
Foster relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

CA(SA) accreditation is essential

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Director of CFO roles
2+ years of proven experience in a people management position where you were directly responsible for KPIs
