Our client, a longstanding, well established firm, seeks your financial experience. As right hand to the CEO, you will be accountable for the financial strategy, commercial and statutory compliance of the Group.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Job Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (SA).
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience.
A strong understanding of corporate risk, governance, and control.
Financial management and reporting.
Ability to work with and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Contract negotiations.
Engineering/Construction/turnkey project management and project accounting.
Excellent technical accounting knowledge.
Understanding of IFRS/GAAP.

Financial support and banking.
Business commercial and financial support.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Annual audit and annual financial statements.
Company administration.
