POSITION INFO:

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (SENIOR MANAGER LEVEL) 

Area of Specialization: Reporting to the Group Executive of Government and Regulatory Affairs, the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for strategically leading and managing the Development Foundation and positioning the organization as a top-performing utility in supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Finance or similar.
• A postgraduate business management qualification, such as an MBA/MBL or equivalent, will be an advantage.

Related Experience:

• 10 years’ extensive experience in a management capacity (at least 5 years) in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
• A demonstrated track record of leading complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to support high-impact business objectives.
• Manage and lead the Development Foundation’s service delivery, ensuring alignment with policies, frameworks, and methodologies while achieving stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive CSR effectiveness and foundation performance by offering strategic support to enhance decision-making and business improvement initiatives.
• Establish and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to position the organization as a leading corporate citizen.
• Ensure the effective management of resources within the Development Foundation.
