POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to promote company growth
Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary
Lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Manage budget and financial performance
Financial & Business Performance: Drive profitability, revenue generation, and cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality service and offerings.
Brand Development & Marketing: Establish RegCafe as a premium lifestyle brand through innovative marketing, PR, and digital engagement strategies.
Partnerships & Business Development: Foster strategic alliances, sponsorships, and collaborations that enhance brand value and revenue streams.
Customer & Community Engagement: Build a strong customer-centric culture and community presence through events, loyalty programs, and exclusive experiences.
Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing team committed to delivering excellence.
Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all business activities align with legal, ethical, and industry standards.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, F&B, luxury lifestyle brands, or related industries.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to launch, scale, and manage a high-growth business with a strong focus on innovation.
