Purpose of the Job:
The CEO will provide visionary leadership to drive the company’s strategic growth, operational excellence and local success.
 
Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Relevant Degree or Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably within the property or estate agency sector.
3. Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and marketing.
4. Experience in franchising and understanding of the South African property market.

1. Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in the South African property market.
3. Oversee daily operations to ensure the company functions efficiently and effectively.
4. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
5. Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
6. Vet and approve franchise applications, ensuring alignment with company’s brand and operational standards.
7. Develop and manage the annual budget to ensure financial health and sustainability.
8. Oversee financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
9. Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
10. Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.
