SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to lead our Engineering & Technical Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving innovation. This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple projects, client relationships, and a team of 40-50 personnel while maintaining technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Engineering Oversight

Lead and oversee all engineering and technical operations within the company.
Ensure the design, execution, and completion of projects meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
Manage project costings, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
Implement best practices and innovations to enhance project delivery.

Project Management & Client Engagement

Oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Act as the key technical representative in client meetings and project negotiations.
Address and resolve client defects or concerns efficiently.
Support the marketing team with technical insights for client proposals.

Workforce & Equipment Management

Ensure optimal workforce productivity and efficient resource allocation.
Oversee maintenance and performance of critical equipment.
Implement preventative maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.

Leadership & Administration

Manage and mentor a team of 40-50 personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Work closely with the CEO to align technical strategies with business goals.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on project performance, budgets, and technical KPIs.
