POSITION INFO:
Are you a forward-thinking engineer with a knack for chemical processes and optimization? We're seeking a talented Chemical Process Engineer to join our innovative team and drive advancements in our production processes. As a key member of our engineering department, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and modeling to assess new technologies and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for optimization and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to address process issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in chemical process design, optimization, and scale-up.
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, unit operations, and thermodynamics.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD) and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in chemical manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
