POSITION INFO:

Job Opportunity: Chef de Partie

We are looking for a talented and professional Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about culinary excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Maintain stock control and monitor inventory in your area of responsibility.
Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage the quality, quantity, and cost of dishes prepared in your section.
Coordinate ingredient orders and maintain par stock levels in communication with the Sous Chef.
Properly handle and store food in line with HACCP requirements.
Prepare all mise-en-place freshly and on time.
Ensure dishes are garnished, portioned, and presented as prescribed.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on new dish ideas and presentations.
Optimize the cooking process with focus on quality and efficiency.
Foster a climate of smooth and friendly teamwork.

Requirements:

Chef Certificate or Diploma.
Reliable transport or own transport with a valid driver’s license.
2–3 years of previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Professionalism in working relationships across departments, cultures, and religions.
Comfort in dealing with distinguished clientele.
Punctuality, self-discipline, and attention to detail.
