We are looking for a talented and professional Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about culinary excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock control and monitor inventory in your area of responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage the quality, quantity, and cost of dishes prepared in your section.
• Coordinate ingredient orders and maintain par stock levels in communication with the Sous Chef.
• Properly handle and store food in line with HACCP requirements.
• Prepare all mise-en-place freshly and on time.
• Ensure dishes are garnished, portioned, and presented as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on new dish ideas and presentations.
• Optimize the cooking process with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Foster a climate of smooth and friendly teamwork.

Requirements:

• Chef Certificate or Diploma.
• Reliable transport or own transport with a valid driver’s license.
• 2–3 years of previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Professionalism in working relationships across departments, cultures, and religions.
• Comfort in dealing with distinguished clientele.
• Punctuality, self-discipline, and attention to detail.
