Channel Partnership Manager – South Africa

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and building strong partnerships? A global healthcare leader is looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to take charge of its South African market!

As the commercial leader, you will be responsible for driving topline revenue, market share, and profitability, working closely with channel partners, KOLs, and internal stakeholders to maximize impact. This is your opportunity to shape market strategy, develop key partnerships, and make a real difference in the healthcare industry.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:
â Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand market reach.
â Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners.
â Drive sales, marketing, and professional education initiatives.
â Lead business performance reviews and optimize resource deployment.
â Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

What You Bring:
âï¸ Strong commercial acumen & entrepreneurial mindset.
âï¸ Proven P&L and channel partner management experience (preferably in MedTech/Healthcare).
âï¸ Exceptional stakeholder management & influencing skills.
âï¸ A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
âï¸ Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
