SUMMARY:
The Client is looking for an experienced Change Managers to join the team on a 12-month, in-office contract based in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in SAP-related change management, who can drive successful transformation within complex projects.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
Develop and execute change management strategies to support SAP project success.
Partner with product owners to ensure seamless change execution throughout the delivery journey.
Create and manage a detailed change plan, including communication, training, and engagement activities aligned with the project roadmap.
Provide best practice guidance for change implementation and adoption.
Perform post-implementation assessments to measure effectiveness and sustainability.

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of experience in change management within SAP projects.
Expertise in managing change for SAP solutions, including:
- SAP Group Reporting
- SAP Group Reporting Data Collection
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Master Data Management
- SAP PAPM
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and executing change strategies within SAP environments.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
SAP certifications (advantageous).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
