Gauteng Hybrid 3/2 days Large company recently identified a need for a position for a Change Management specialist with expertise as an Impact Analyst from Insurance or Investments or Banking sector

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Informatics.
Project Management certifications , such as CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation, to support structured project delivery.
Certifications in Change Management (beneficial).
3 years of project and change management exp, with a strong track record of successfully leading and completing projects.

4 Major Projects for the 2025 budgets and forecasts
Experience in managing projects related to information systems Implementation with an ability to adapt change practices to support technical deployments
Trading and risk, Capital Markets, Trading, management systems
Stakeholder engagement and communication planning
Managing complex stakeholder relationships
Facilitation experience in conducting workshops and group discussions,
Resolving conflicts
Experience in impact assessment
