POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, OR a related field.
5+ years in B2B project management, with proven Agile (Scrum Master & Product Owner) expertise.
IT Scrum Master Certification
Skilled in managing projects involving internal and external vendors.
Proficiency in MS Project
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English oral and written skills.

Advantage:

MS Teams Tasks, ADL Azure DevOps
Familiar with mixed environments, bridging technical and non-technical teams.
Telecommunications Industry Experience
Infrastructure / Transformation / Digital Transformation PM experience
Strong background in managing squad performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Job Description

Scrum Master / Project Manage, large scale, complex corporate Projects using Scrum methpdologies
Facilitate Agile practices and promote Scrum values within the team and with stakeholders.
Define, prioritize, and communicate the product backlog for specific projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Track and report on squad performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee projects executed by external vendors, ensuring quality and timeline alignment.
Use Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Github to ensure transparency and effective project management.
