SUMMARY:
Our client in Pinelands is seeking a highly skilled Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent tertiary qualification. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, or alternatively, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills, is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with clear written and verbal communication, are crucial. The role requires someone who can work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate as part of a proactive team focused on continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent tertiary qualification, along with Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, or alternatively, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly with advanced knowledge of Excel

• Collaborate with the Wealth Manager to create and implement personalized financial plans for clients.
• Manage local and offshore investments to meet client objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, service providers, and professional teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements regarding financial advice documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest financial products and investment strategies.
• Utilize and manage the company’s custom Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide high-quality service in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
