SUMMARY:
The Centre Financial Manager is responsible for the operational management of a regional shopping center as well as the accounting function thereof. This involves the full financial function for this building. The role incumbent is responsible to pay attention to the detail of the immediate task and decide the most efficient way of getting it done on lime. The incumbent will be required to be flexible in order to switch from one specialized task to another. A critical success factor of the role will be the analytical ability to identify problem areas and ensure quick and effective problem solving for others in area of expertise, In addition to this, the incumbent will be expected to identify risks and implement actions to mitigate these.

Requirements:

Bcom degree
NQF 7
3 to 4 years experience in similar role
Previous exp in property or construction
