POSITION INFO:

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a strong background in capital management and risk analysis? We have an exciting opportunity for a Capital Analyst to join a dynamic team at one of South Africa's top financial services providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on the company’s capital position, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist with the development and maintenance of capital models to support strategic decision-making
Monitor and report on risk-adjusted returns, and identify areas of improvement for capital efficiency
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure capital management strategies align with business objectives
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and regulators

Required Qualifications & Skills:
A degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with experience in capital management, solvency, or risk analysis
Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with large datasets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
