Opportunity available for a Candidate Attorney to join this well established conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a solid foundation in property law and conveyancing processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of property transfer documents.
• Liaise with clients, deeds office, banks, and municipalities.
• Conduct research and draft legal correspondence.
• Provide administrative and legal support to the conveyancing team.
• Learn and contribute to all aspects of the conveyancing process.

Requirements:

• A completed LLB degree.
• A strong interest in property law and conveyancing.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and an eagerness to learn conveyancing software (e.g., GhostConvey, Lexis Convey).
