Campus Head – Culinary & Hospitality Education!
Are you a skilled leader ready to drive excellence at a leading culinary and hospitality campus? We’re searching for an experienced Campus Head to take charge of campus operations, lead a dedicated team, and deliver an exceptional student experience.
In this role, you’ll:

• Execute and achieve campus sales targets, and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and enrol students.
• Manage the campus budget, monitor financial performance, and control costs to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Oversee student services, facilities, and administration to maintain high standards across the campus.
• Ensure compliance with academic standards and accrediting bodies, contributing to the quality of education.
• Drive a customer-centred culture, handle student feedback, and support a vibrant campus life.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
• 3-5 years’ management experience in a similar environment, with a track record in growing sales
• Strong leadership, organisational, and financial management skills
• A collaborative, community-focused approach
