About Our Client: Our client is a leading medical scheme based in Pretoria, dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare benefits to its members. In line with their growth and commitment to excellence, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Campaign and Events Coordinator to join their team.

Functions:
• Operational and Administrative duties to provide proactive support to the Marketing Campaigns and Events team within the Marketing and Communication Department.
• Create advertisements and marketing plans for visibility and a wider audience reach
• Provide efficient, effective, support to stakeholders to coordinate events in line with the requesting department's strategic event goals and budget.
• Support with event strategy development (for example, budget alignment, business goals alignment, stakeholder relationship building).
• Providing efficient and effective support to the campaigns & events team leader including but not limited to proofreading, review of creatives, supplier briefing and supplier liaison, event project management, budget management
• Support with campaign strategy development (for example, creative strategy rollout, budget alignment, strategic input for media buying based on media performance).

Skills:
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher)
• Diploma in Marketing and/or Communications
• Minimum 2 years branding, campaigns, events, marketing coordination experience
