POSITION INFO:
This exclusive five-star safari lodge is set in a pristine game reserve, offering a luxurious and immersive wilderness experience. With world-class service and breathtaking wildlife encounters, it provides an intimate retreat for guests seeking adventure and relaxation in nature. The ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a high-end safari establishment, excellent leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality and conservation. This role is ideal for a dynamic, hands-on couple who excel in a remote, luxury safari environment and are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Candidate requirements:

Hospitality qualification beneficial
FGASA Level 2 with Full Trails qualification
DEAT registered
Valid Drivers license with PDP
ARH and First Aid
3-5years in similar roles within a luxury establishment
Excellent communication skills with great command of the English Language
Attention to detail
Excellent admin skills
Great time-management and organisational skills
The ability to manage and lead a team of staff by example
