SUMMARY:

• Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, and managing camp staff, including counselors, instructors, and administrative personnel.
• Program Development: Planning and coordinating activities, events, and schedules for camp attendees, ensuring they align with the camp's goals (e.g., educational, recreational, or team-building).
• Budget and Resource Management: Managing the camp's budget, ordering supplies, and ensuring resources are available for activities, accommodations, and safety.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols, monitoring health and wellness needs of camp participants, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and licenses.
• Guest Relations: Communicating with parents, guardians, or corporate clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring that campers’ needs are met.
