Job Summary:

We''''re looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent.

You will be responsible for sales, customer service, target achievement. Driving growth and achieving sales targets, whilst working as part of a team is an important part of the role.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a call center sales/customer service role

- Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
