SUMMARY:
Our client in Wierda Park Pretoria (Manufacturing Industry) has an urgent vacancy available for a Customer Care Specialist.

POSITION INFO:

CUSTOMER CARE DUTIES:

Customer support
Handling Complaints
Product and Service Knowledge
Processing Orders and Returns
Maintaining Customer Records
Escalating issues
Customer feedback
Building Customer Relationships
Adhering to Policies
Problem Solving
Quoting
All other administrative duties i.e.: Answering phone calls, Managing emails, ensuring all data is up to date on our client’s online data-capturing system etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Matric qualification required
Own vehicle necessary
Residing in the Pretoria Area

Working hours : Monday to Friday 07:45 – 16:30
