Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Developing and implementing business strategy in conjunction with management
• Maintain and grow existing customers
• On-board and develop new customers in consultation with the National Project Sales Manager
• Provide technical and service support to customers
• Provide technical support to regional sales representatives
• Grow sales from customers assigned to you while maintaining ethical standards in accordance with company policies and ethics.
• Increase project quote intake and hit rate
• Manage customer accounts
• Assist engineering and design office with designs and systems layout
• Grow sales to achieve or exceed monthly/annual targets
• Visit new and existing customers with the aim of growing / sustain the business.
• Sales forecasting
• Attend training courses.

Qualifications

• Matric
• BEng, BSc, BTech Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering

Skills

• Preferable 5 - 10 years’ experience within engineering and/or customer services environment
• Preferable good working knowledge of Fluid Power and/or mining equipment
• Driver’s License
• English and Afrikaans spoken fluently and written
• Microsoft Office
