Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Contact and build networks with existing rental commercial property landlords / agencies who have tenants moving out, to sell the interior design refurb concepts
- Identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Working closely with the business owner on a business growth strategy and devising an action plan with goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Any Property Qualification (Preferred)
Skills
- Min 10 years in Commercial Property
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must have own car and valid license
