Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

Discussing the terms of sale and drafting contracts
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Liaising with clients to market properties so that they achieve their maximum price
Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers
Valuing properties
Surveying properties (if qualified)
Carrying out property searches
Preparing sales and rental listings
Carrying out real estate marketing
Promoting property listings
Receiving and evaluating offers from potential buyers
Looking after the administrative, financial and contractual aspects of transactions involving the purchase, sale and lease of land, property and real estate
Assisting clients in all stages of sale and purchase negotiations
Providing professional consultancy and support services in relation to all property-related issues.

Qualifications

Matric
BCom Degree in Marketing or Business Management Advantageous

Skills

Min 5 years’ exp in any sales – property sales advantageous
Strong admin and communication skills
Strong in Marketing
Must be willing to work on weekends
