Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Leading a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship
• Setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, and assigning sales territories
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Analyzing data and monitoring sales performance
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
• Acquiring new clients and converting leads from various marketing channels
• Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers and obtaining referrals from them
