Key Responsibilities:

- **Develop and Customize:** Design and implement customized CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

- **Optimize Data Management:** Ensure data consistency and develop data migration scripts.
- **Support and Maintenance:** Provide technical support and perform regular system maintenance.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of CRM development experience.
