Achievement of Financial Objectives and Targets - Responsible for Sales, Operations and Administration of the branch - Grow Market Share through New and additional business and client retention - Building of business relationships with customers - Improving Service Delivery and efficiencies by achievement of Route Optimization KPI's - Ensure compliance to ISO guidelines - Uphold Standards of Excellence in all aspects of the Business - Training and Development of Staff - Preparation of Monthly and Adhoc reports for Senior Management - Provide solutions to business issues; loss of customers to competitors, declining profits, staff conflict etc
