POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced CONVEYANCING ATTORNEY for a well-established national concern, position based in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal.
!PERSON SHOULD PREFERABLY BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualification/s.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
3yrs+ previous working experience (being a notary would be preferable) as a qualified Conveyancer / Qualified Attorney.
Processing of ABSA Bonds.
Processing of deceased estate conveyancing instructions.
Processing all local conveyancing instructions.
Assisting at the deeds office when required.
Ensuring absolute compliance with the terms of the SLA’s entered into with various banks, in particular, ABSA.
Would only suit someone who resides in the Hillcrest or surrounding areas.
Salary package offered: - Market related
