SUMMARY:
CNC Operator are responsible for Setting and operating CNC Log Slitter machines, which use a series of rollers and blades to cut large rolls of Foam into smaller rolls

POSITION INFO:

Available Immediately

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
A minimum of at least 3 years working experience as a Log-Slitter
Machine Operator or CNC Operator

Duties & Responsibilities:

Performing safety checks on equipment to ensure that it is
functioning properly before production begins.
Inspecting slitting machinery for defects.
Reading Picking Slip Instructions to determine the Strip sizes that
will be produced by a run and adjusting settings accordingly.
Monitoring equipment operation to ensure that it continues to run
smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Setting the Machine for different materials and sizes.
Program required sizes and settings.
Set Blade Diameter and Parameters
5S and H & S rules and Policies
