Hiring: CNC Machine Shop Manager (Parow, Cape Town)

Role Overview:
Plan and manage production schedules; optimize for efficiency.
Oversee resource allocation, equipment use, and maintenance.
Lead process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards.
Manage stock, consumables, and ensure minimal machine downtime.
Lead, train, and coach employees; maintain relevant documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years in management.
Experience with CNC programming and machine operation (CAD/CAM).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Syspro/SAP a plus.
