CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER - FAIR TRADE AND SUSTAINABLE

R27 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Tertiary degree or diploma in social sciences, agriculture, business, law or other relevant qualification
• High level of computer literacy
• Excellent English and Afrikaans spoken and written competency
• Experience in business management would be beneficial
• Experience and/or interest in sustainable agriculture/fair trade/CSR/certification would be beneficial
• Team player, dynamic, confident, self-learner and organized to the point of perfection

• Manage client communication and files for CSR/Fair Trade and Sustainable Agriculture related standards
• Monitor and ensure smooth certification flow for all client files in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Sales and Client support - attending to applications, basic questions as well as technical inquiries related to dedicated schemes (in particular FFL/FL, UEBT and ROC)
• Follow-up and evaluation of non-compliance resolution after audits
• Client acquisitions as well as preparing and issuing renewal quotations
• Other additional tasks from time to time as required by the E&S Division Manager
