POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, laying a solid foundation in technical expertise.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing within the SKINCARE/PERSONAL CARE/FOOD/PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY will be an advantage.
• Exceptional stakeholder management prowess, adept at fostering relationships with Shareholders, Board, EXCO, and cross-functional teams.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to peak performance.
• Over a decade of proven senior-level experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating leadership excellence.
• Track record of successfully leading and optimizing manufacturing operations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Strong financial acumen, coupled with expertise in project management, quality management systems, and quality control methodologies.
