CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

We are looking for a CA(SA) in a CFO position with a company within the Financial Services industry based in Sandton.

• CA(SA)
• 5+ years post article experience
• Financial Services industry
  Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Self-starter; driven individual and good work ethic
• Valid drives license and own transport

• Has a detailed understanding and application of the accounting packages and systems used to generate the general ledger.
• Responsible for accounting system and reporting of the company.
• Timeous delivery of financial statements
• Has detailed understanding of all fund agreements.
• Is responsible for company compliance.
• Is responsible for taxation and all tax related issues.
• Is responsible for quarterly fund reporting.
• Assist with fund structuring and fund raising process.
• Is responsible for the administration function and assist with meeting legal obligations to fund investors.
• Is accountable and responsible for the company’s statutory obligations.
• Management of finance staff.
• Effectively liaises with investors.
• Timeous delivery and meeting of deadlines.
• Tenacity and a high standard of work ethic.
• General communication skills and a team player.
