SUMMARY:
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Bellville

Our client, Africa’s leading cloud CX & contact centre provider, delivers advanced customer engagement solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Currently they have an excellent opportunity available for a Chief Financial Officer at their head offices in the Tygervalley area of Bellville.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning & Analysis
Management of the Finance team
Stakeholder Engagement
Process improvement
Compliance and risk management
Financial reporting
Audit preparations
Financial forecasting
Asset Management
Cross-Functional collaboration between teams

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) is strongly preferred.
5–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrable expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within South African business
History of driving efficiencies in a highly complex and operational environment.
Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software, plus advanced Excel skills.
Proven track record of managing audits and working knowledge of IFRS or equivalent standards.
Deep understanding of compliance requirements (SARS regulations, BEE scoring, etc.).
