Our client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a globally respected organization in the manufacturing sector.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives and ensure long-term financial stability.
Accounting & Compliance: Oversee accounting operations, ensure adherence to financial regulations, and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
Treasury & Investment Management: Optimize cash flow, manage banking relationships, and evaluate investment opportunities aligned with sustainability goals.
Sustainability Integration: Lead the development of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and embed sustainable practices into financial decision-making.
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive growth initiatives and build strong partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
