Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification
A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on financial management and strategy
Proven leadership and people management skills
Experience within the property sector will be highly advantageous

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the financial strategy of the organization
Ensure robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting
