CEO - Agriculture

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agri-sector, is looking for a CEO with commercial and business management experience in the agriculture arena, and a strong understanding of agricultural production.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Degree or Masters in Agriculture, Economics, Business Administration, Education/Training, or a related field.
• Min 10 years commercial experience in the agricultural sector, business management, with a strong understanding of agricultural production.
• Exposure to fundraising, grant writing, and donor relationship management.
• 5years experience in senior management leading and managing teams.
• Human resource management, including performance management, staff development, and conflict resolution.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and financial management software.
• Knowledge of the South African agricultural landscape, challenges, and opportunities.
