Key responsibilities for this role includes:

• Assisting buyers or operations with purchasing, planning and administrative functions which include:  quotations, placing or orders, return of goods, researching suppliers
• Expediting of placed orders - determine delivery due dates for planning purposes, expediting to ensure on time delivery of material and bought out components as per requirements
• Issuing and releasing of planned work as per schedule
• Printing and batching drawings and distribution to relevant departments
• Export / Import Administration - arrange and track incoming shipments

Requirements:

• Matric 
• Purchasing Diploma / degree
• Excellent numerical skills with advanced MS Office proficiency
• Previous relevant experience
