Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and market penetration in asset tracking and management software.
• Align the business unit’s goals with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in asset management and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

1. Sales Growth and Revenue Generation:

• Drive sales growth by setting ambitious targets and developing effective sales plans.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities and successful deal closures.
• Foster relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and potential partners to expand the client base.

1. Market Expansion:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to enter new markets and sectors where asset tracking software adds value.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to craft and execute market-specific campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of asset tracking technologies, software platforms, and industry applications.
• Experience in aligning business strategy with product development and customer needs.
