SUMMARY:

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate successful knowledge transfer through approved procedures and processes.
Design and prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids, and devices.
Ensure alignment of training activities with organizational and statutory policies.
Continually update the training curriculum to meet evolving needs.
Coordinate and manage training activities.
Maintain and generate training reports.
Ensure training quality complies with predefined parameters.
Adhere to established attendance schedules and performance standards.
Focus on quality content development and ensure module adherence.

Requirements:

Matric or relevant qualification.
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience within the BPO industry.
Minimum of 2-3 years training or facilitation experience required.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create and deliver engaging training content.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Adaptability to different learning styles and training methodologies.
High attention to detail and adherence to processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

POSITION INFO:
Job Type: Full time
Salary: R18 000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 08:00am – 17:00pm – need to be flexible
