POSITION INFO:
What You Bring to the Table:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Formal Business Analysis training, including certification or proof of completion.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, working on software and process re-engineering projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of Analysts or Developers.
• Expertise in Agile project methodologies.
• Proficiency in analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, FIGMA, and DevOps.
• Experience in software testing and process re-engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of IT software products, development processes, and organizational change management.
• Skilled in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead and manage a team of Analysts in delivering business case analysis, functional design, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, problem-solving expertise, and mentorship to your team.
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects to ensure efficient workflow.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Owners, and stakeholders to define and document project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Develop and maintain business process flows, including As-Is and To-Be models.
• Ensure solutions align with modern, automated business processes rather than legacy methods.
• Oversee documentation, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure seamless handovers and support.
• Conduct quality assurance, test planning, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate workshops to drive decision-making and maintain project alignment.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 16h30 (overtime as needed)
