POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on software and process re-engineering projects.
• Experience working on Agile projects and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in software testing.
• Formal Business Analysis training.
• Deep knowledge of IT software products and development.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A talent for building strong relationships with business partners by understanding their needs and goals as well as what motivates and engages them.
• Formal training in IT Software Development or IT Software Products.

• Analyze, document, test, and implement business and technical requirements for new and enhanced functionality.
• Automate solutions and manual processes to drive efficiency.
• Map out business process flows, capturing both As-Is and To-Be states.
• Drive innovation by implementing automated solutions that are automated to challenge traditional ways of working.
• Document and maintain Agile user stories and solution diagrams.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Perform quality assurance, including test pack documentation and UAT support.
• Conduct impact and feasibility studies where needed.
• Translate business requirements into clear system and functional requirements.
• Train business users on various processes and provide ongoing support.
• Facilitate project workshops, drive meaningful discussions, and capture key decisions and actions.
• Ensure smooth integration and implementation of new and existing systems.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 16h30 (overtime as needed)
