POSITION INFO:
Are you an SAP finance expert looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading name in the pharmaceutical distribution industry, is seeking a Business Support Specialist – SAP Finance to join their dynamic team in Gauteng, Lea Glen.

About the Role:

As the Business Support Specialist, you will:

Be the primary SAP support for the finance team, optimizing workflows and directing best practices.
Troubleshoot SAP issues, propose system enhancements, and collaborate with IT to ensure process efficiency.
Provide onsite guidance, training, and support for finance team members in leveraging SAP systems.
Stay updated on SAP advancements to recommend innovative solutions for operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
CA(SA)/MBA/CIMA preferred
3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO, S/4HANA, or other relevant modules.
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles (budgeting, reporting, forecasting).
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
Project management experience, with PMP or equivalent certification.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
