POSITION INFO:
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join a fast-paced and innovative team. The BSC will take responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day activities within the sales team and ensuring the smooth processing of documentation, deals, and payments. You will also play a key role in supporting the Business Manager and assisting sales staff in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and complete administrative tasks related to sales and document deals
Execute the discounting process with funders and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements
Manage supplier and third-party payments (cash management)
Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP, ensuring compliance at all stages
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Support the team by managing deadlines, quality standards, and workflow
Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (BCom or equivalent)
3 years’ experience in Corporate / Commercial Asset Finance
Strong administrative, organizational, and numerical skills
Experience with SAP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
