POSITION INFO:
What You Bring to the Table:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Business Analysis training.
• Courses in IT Software Development or IT Software Products (advantageous).
• 5+ years of experience within the Health Services Industry (Occupational and Primary Healthcare, Employee Assistance Programs).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst on software and process re-engineering projects.
• 5+ years of experience in system implementation projects, project methodologies, and technology principles.
• Experience working on Agile projects and building products iteratively using lean principles.
• Strong technical acumen and passion for technology.
• Understanding of UI/UX design and software development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation techniques.

• Act as the single point of contact for technology requirements across the Healthcare Cluster.
• Manage and consolidate business needs across the Cluster.
• Own and implement the solution and technology strategy, including roadmaps.
• Prioritize projects and solutions based on business strategic goals.
• Work with IT stakeholders and external vendors to execute solutions.
• Provide updates to the Managing Executive and align technology investments with business objectives.
• Facilitate demos, customer feedback sessions, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Analyze, document, test, and implement business and technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Document business process flows, including As-Is and To-Be models.
• Oversee solution documentation, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and implementation.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure seamless handovers.
• Ensure quality assurance and support for new and existing solutions.
• Facilitate project requirement workshops, ensuring clear decisions and outcomes.
