POSITION INFO:

• We are looking to hire a seasoned Business Development Manager / Sales Rep within the Telecoms & ICT space
• Candidate is required to have proven expertise in solution sales & business development within the following sectors:
• Telecoms
• SaaS
• Omni-channel platforms
• Call centers and dialing platform
• Basic Salary + Commission
• Establishing the technical needs of the client and suggesting appropriate products.
• Explaining complex technical information to clients in a way that is easily understandable
• Sourcing new clients and building relationships
• Following up with clients and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products
• Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met
• Updating records of customer communications and contact information
