Business Process & SAP Support Manager

POSITION INFO:

This role is all about commitment—to system excellence, process improvement, and user support. You'll be the go-to person for SAP users, troubleshooting issues, enhancing business processes, and collaborating with SAP teams to ensure seamless operations. From master data management to training and compliance, your expertise will play a key role in keeping business functions aligned and efficient.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5-10 years of SAP support experience
Strong understanding of SAP FI, MM, PP, QM, and SD modules
Experience in business process optimization & project management
Advanced Excel skills & financial data analysis
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple support requests with ease

Qualification:
Relevant qualification in SAP, Business Process, or related field
Project Management certification (advantageous)
